CAN I RETURN MY PINCH PATTERN?

We do not accept returns.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage and your order number.

We will offer you the option of a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund in these cases.

All orders are sent with a tracking number. Once your Squish has been collected by Royal Mail, we are no longer responsible for the parcel.

We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information for any returns, as we cannot process exchanges or issue credit notes for items that do not reach us.
